Music

A big part of the worship experience at Florissant Presbyterian Church is music - from the hymns we all sing during services to the anthems sung by the Chancel Choir and special music by our Youth Handbell Choir

Choir

Under the direction of Tracy Baker, the choir rehearses at 7:00 pm on Thursdays and again at 9:30 an on Sunday in preparation for the 10:15 am service.  No experience is necessary and we are always looking for good singers.  If you enjoy music and wuld like to give the choir a try, either contact Tracy through the church office or simply come to a rehearsal on Thursday.  It is a lot of fun and also a different way to worship during the service.  The choir takes its vacation in July and returns in September after Labor Day.

Youth Handbell Choir

If you have a tween or teen who loves music, they can take part in the Youth Handbell Choir directed by Susan Genry.  Twice a year, they share their talents with the congregation.
